Die Barriere ist sehr tief hier eine Frage zu stellen<\/strong> und f\u00fcr Sie als Restaurant oder Hotel ist es ein weiterer Kanal, um mit Ihren G\u00e4sten zu kommunizieren<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Wie jeder von Nutzern generierte Inhalt, hat auch die “Fragen und Antworten” Funktion einen Einfluss auf Ihre Online-Reputation<\/strong>. Deshalb ist es wichtig, dass man hier aktiv die Steuerung<\/strong> \u00fcbernimmt.<\/p>\n

Wie optimieren Sie Googles “Fragen und Antworten”-Funktion?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Nutzen Sie dieses Feature f\u00fcr Ihr Restaurant oder Hotel.<\/strong> Denn bei den gestellten Fragen, kann jeder Nutzer eine Antwort schreiben und das kann zu ungewollten Diskussionen f\u00fchren. Bestimmen Sie also den Inhalt<\/strong> selbst.
Die Funktion erscheint automatisch in Ihrem Google Business Eintrag<\/a>\u00a0– man hat keine M\u00f6glichkeit die Funktion zu deaktivieren.<\/p>\n

2. Wenn Sie bereits Fragen im Kopf haben, die kommen k\u00f6nnten, stellen und beantworten Sie die gleich selbst.<\/strong> So behalten Sie am besten die Kontrolle<\/strong> \u00fcber den Inhalt. Vergessen Sie nicht, sich zuerst bei Ihrem Google Business Konto anzumelden, damit es klar ist, dass die Antworten vom Gesch\u00e4ftsinhaber kommen. Fragen die kommen k\u00f6nnten sind zum Beispiel: “Welches Gericht ist ein Muss zum Probieren?” oder “Kann man f\u00fcr grosse Gruppen reservieren?”.<\/p>\n

3. Schreiben Sie detaillierte und qualitativ gute Antworten.<\/strong> Das wirkt, wie bei Antworten auf Reviews auch, einfach professionell und Sie wollen ja, dass der Gast bei Ihnen einen Tisch oder ein Zimmer bucht.
Beantworten Sie also Fragen nicht nur mit einem “ja” oder “nein”. Denken Sie auch daran, dass Nutzer im Nachhinein die Frage Anpassen k\u00f6nnen, Ihre Antwort bleibt aber stehen respektive m\u00fcsste dann auch angepasst werden. Oder auch, dass dann G\u00e4ste das Antworten \u00fcbernehmen und so augenscheinlich besser Bescheid wissen als Sie.<\/p>\n

4. Posten Sie keine Werbung (die nicht zur Frage passt) und keine externe Links in Ihren Antworten.<\/strong> Wie bei den Online-Bewertungen auch, gelten hier die Richtlinien von Google<\/a>.
Nat\u00fcrlich macht es aber Sinn f\u00fcr Sie relevante Schl\u00fcsselw\u00f6rter (Keywords) einzubinden<\/strong> wie zum Beispiel “kinderfreundlich” oder “vegetarische Gerichte”.<\/p>\n

Oder auch “Werbung” die zur Frage passt ist nat\u00fcrlich extrem n\u00fctzlich.<\/strong> Wenn zum Beispiel die Frage kommt, ob es Mittagsmenus gibt, darf man ruhig sein Angebot ausloben und auf den tollen Preis und die t\u00e4glich wechselnden Gerichte aufmerksam machen. Um aber das Mittagsangebot selbst, also inklusive den Speisen, zu bewerben, empfehlen wir die Google Posts<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5. Bleiben Sie auf dem Laufenden, welche Fragen und Antworten \u00fcber Sie geschrieben werden.<\/strong> Wenn Sie in Ihrem Google Maps App eingeloggt sind, erhalten Sie Push-Nachrichten wann immer jemand eine Frage oder eine Antwort \u00fcber Ihren Betrieb gepostet hat. So k\u00f6nnen Sie dann rasch reagieren und die beste Antwort liefern.<\/p>\n

Wenn dann eine Information nicht mehr aktuell ist, wie im Beispiel vom “Eleven Madison Park”, k\u00f6nnen Sie die Frage erneut beantworten und mit einem Klick auf den Daumen sicherstellen, dass die Frage weiter oben erscheint.<\/p>\n

6. Melden Sie jeglichen unangebrachten Inhalt<\/strong> (Frage oder Antwort). Da die Funktion f\u00fcr alle offen ist, kann es leider sein, dass jemand Fragen oder Antworten schreibt, die nachteilig f\u00fcr Ihren Betrieb sind oder sogar Beleidigungen enthalten. Melden Sie also solche Inhalte sofort (klicken Sie neben der Frage\/Antwort auf “mehr” respektive die drei Punkte).<\/p>\n

Ein kleiner Nachteil bietet die neue Funktion von Google allerdings: es kann sein, dass Sie weniger Klicks auf Ihre eigene Homepage haben, da die Nutzer bereits alles Wichtige bei Google gefunden haben. Wir erachten diesen Nachteil aber als eher gering, da ja die “Fragen und Antworten” Funktion potentielle G\u00e4sten helfen soll, sich f\u00fcr Ihr Restaurant oder Hotel zu entscheiden. Wichtig ist einfach, dass man sich darum k\u00fcmmert um nicht m\u00f6gliche (Lauf-)Kundschaft zu verlieren.<\/p>\n
