Google Antwort Benachrichtigung<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Am 11. Mai hat Google begonnen<\/a>, ein lang gefordertes Feature auszurollen – die Antwort Benachrichtigung. Ab sofort wird jeder Verfasser einer Online Review auf Google eine E-Mail erhalten, sobald der Betrieb eine Antwort verfasst hat.<\/strong> Bislang hat n\u00e4mlich der Autor der Review keine Info erhalten und musste proaktiv nach der Antwort suchen.<\/p>\n

Von einer solchen Benachrichtigung kamen bis jetzt vor allem Facebook-User in Genuss. Google greift somit auch massiv in die B2C-Kommunikation ein und verleiht den Antworten viel mehr Gewicht.<\/p>\n
