Don\u2019t panic, Google has a solution for you. It is possible to manage your listings in one business account, if you meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have <strong>10 or more locations<\/strong> of the same business;<\/li>\n<li>You are <strong>not a service area business<\/strong>, meaning that your business does not serve customers at their locations;<\/li>\n<li>You are <strong>not an agency<\/strong> managing multiple businesses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Have you qualified as a multi-location business? Follow these easy steps to create a Google Business account:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Create business account <\/strong>on <a href=\"https:\/\/business.google.com\/\">Google Business Profile<\/a>. Now you can add different locations and manage the account with multiple users.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Add business listings <\/strong>by searching for them using their name and address, or using a <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/business\/answer\/3370250\">bulk upload spreadsheet<\/a>. As defined by the European Parliamentary Research Service, a fake review is any review (positive, neutral, or negative) that does not represent an actual consumer\u2019s honest and impartial opinion or does not reflect a consumer\u2019s own experience of a product, service or business (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eesc.europa.eu\/sites\/default\/files\/resources\/docs\/online-consumer-reviews---the-case-of-misleading-or-fake-reviews.pdf\">European Parliament, 2015<\/a>). There are a few characteristics which are typical for fake reviews:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. There is no information about the reviewer.<\/strong> Such users usually have very few reviews and no information in their profile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. The ratings tend to be extreme:<\/strong> either one or five stars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Several reviews are posted at the same time.<\/strong> If a business that does not have any reviews all of a sudden gets several reviews dated the same day, it is a sign that the reviews might be fake.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. The reviews do not contain any detailed information.<\/strong> They may be very general and descriptive and sound like a marketing brochure.<\/p>\n<p>If you have determined that a review is fake, and is violating Google\u2019s Review content policy, you can flag that review for removal. In order to do that you need to go the review summary of your business, find the review you would like to be removed, flag it, and fill out the form. If this does not work, you can go the legal route and submit a <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/legal\/answer\/3110420?visit_id=1-636331464305029669-3012897484&amp;hl=en&amp;rd=2\">legal removal request<\/a>. Google takes such requests very seriously, so you have to have a legitimate case.
