Hot Topics
Choose Hot Topics under Analysis on the left-side menu. Here you can see at one glance the most mentioned aspects in each category in the chosen period. The data is updated daily and offers valuable insights into what guests are rating positively or negatively.
1. Word Cloud
The word cloud visualization presents an overview of positive (green) and negative (red) aspects. The bigger and bolder they appear, the more often they are mentioned by guests in their reviews and the more important they are.
By default, the view of All categories is shown, but it is possible to see a world cloud with the most important mentions in each category. In order to do this, click on the name of the category that interests you at the top of the page.
Use the date picker at the top of the dashboard to change the timeframe and view data across different periods.
2. Mentions in Reviews
If you would like to know what guests wrote exactly about a specific aspect, click on its name. A window will open with the reviews where this aspect was mentioned, and the sentiments will be highlighted (green if positive and red if negative).
It is possible that the same aspect is rated positively and negatively, therefore, it can appear twice, in green and red, in the word cloud.
