Opening hours

You can effortlessly maintain regular opening hours and manage special schedules or holidays on Google, Facebook, and Tripadvisor directly in the re:spondelligent app. We made it easy to keep your data up-to-date and show conflicts if your business hours are not consistent across the platforms.

You can manage your opening hours under Location in the left-side menu.

1. Regular opening hours

Our platform offers a centralized solution for managing and displaying your business primary hours across popular platforms. You can easily view and update these hours by accessing the main schedule displayed on these platforms. 

Edit opening hours

• Please verify the last refresh date and connected platform indicators (check marks). Ensure all platforms are properly connected and the last update matches today’s date before making any changes.

  

• To update opening hours in our app you should fill in your opening hours in the block “EDIT OPENING HOURS”. You also have the option to include additional hours. For instance, if your restaurant closes in the afternoon, you can specify those hours for greater accuracy. Do not forget to click the “Update” button.
• If your opening hours are more up-to-date on one of the platforms, use the green arrow for Facebook and Google listings to sync them. All the changes you make in our app are synchronized with the platforms in real-time.  
• The opening hours on Tripadvisor need to be updated directly on the platform. Click a blue button to quickly access your Tripadvisor page.

Common issues

• Alerts signify conflicting hours between the re:spondelligent app and connected platforms, indicating a disparity from the hours you inputted in the “EDIT OPENING HOURS” section.

• Please note that our platform utilizes two formats to display time – 24:00 denotes your closing hours (“To”), while 00:00 indicates your opening time (“From”).

• Some clients encounter problems with Facebook connections, which subsequently affect their Google connection (and vice versa). Due to security protocols, changes in Facebook account passwords or authentication details result in disconnection from the re:spondelligent app. If you encounter such issues, kindly reach out to our support team for assistance.

2. Holiday/special hours

Our app allows you to set special schedules or holiday hours exclusively for Google listings.

This feature simplifies updating special hours for multiple locations at once. Instead of manually adjusting opening hours for each location and day, select the specific dates and affected locations that will be closed or have special operating hours.

You can create new special hours for a “from/to” period. By deactivating the “Closed” checkbox you can add a specific time.
