Weekly Summary

The Weekly Summary is sent once a week on Mondays to give you an overview of your performance in the previous week.

This summary shows the data of the past calendar week, and the metrics are compared to those of the week before.

On the top of the summary, there is a list of locations, to which you are subscribed. If you manage multiple locations that are organized in groups, you will see the groups plus single locations which are not part of the groups.

The names of the locations in the list are clickable, which allows you to jump to a specific part of the summary. On some browsers, this feature is not available.

Top Metrics

The Top metrics include your re:Score, number of reviews, response rate, and response time. In brackets, the performance change compared to the previous week is shown. 

New Reviews

On the top, you can see the number of new reviews your business received in the past week and its average star rating.

We also show a breakdown of reviews per sentiment (positive, neutral, and negative) and review platform.

The Best / Worst Review of the Week

Here we show a preview of the reviews with the best / worst star rating and the longest text. You can click on View your reviews to see all your reviews in the app. 

Content Analysis

Here you can see what your guests talked about in the past week. The overview of the content analysis is presented according to the main categories.

Next to each category, there is the average rating and the distribution of the mentions according to their sentiment: positive, neutral, or negative.

Overview Table

To be able to compare different locations at a glance, we have also included an overview table. The locations highlighted in blue are clickable. By clicking on the link, you will jump to the detailed overview of that specific location.

The overview table is only available for users managing multiple locations organized in groups.
