re:Score
Choose re:Score under Statistics on the left-side menu. re:Score is a performance index that ranges from 1 to 100. It is calculated based on your online reviews and guest satisfaction. re:Score measures guest satisfaction objectively and allows you to compare your business internally and against the competition.
By default, you see your re:Score calculated for the last year. The trend line shows how your re:Score developed over time. Each data point is calculated based on the last 16 weeks. You can see the calculation basis when you hover over the curve.
You can change the time range to your preference, and you can download the chart as SVG or PNG files as well as the data in excel.
The number in the re:Score widget may differ from the number you see at the top of the page. The latter is calculated based on the data of the last 16 weeks and updated weekly (the arrow shows whether your score went up or down compared to the previous week).
You also have an overview of the average number of reviews taken for calculation of the score as well as the average, worst and best rating in the chosen period.
