Response Credits (Credit Log)

The Credit Log helps users keep track of their available response credits.

Overview

The credit log is always visible in the header of your dashboard. This allows for easy monitoring of your available credits at all times. The number displayed in the credit log does not represent the number of responses left but the value in the currency we work together.

Typically, the credit log shows a positive number, indicating the number of credits you have left. However, for certain exemptions and customers on old post-paid plans, it might show a negative number. 

Usage of Credits

Credits can be used to generate personalized AI responses, as well as for human-assisted responses.

Each response has a pre-defined value agreed with us. For each response generated, the corresponding value is deducted from your total credits.

Accessing Credit Details

By clicking on the credit log field, you can view detailed logs of all transactions, including credits added, used, and the remaining balance.

The credit value is displayed only for specified credit admin users and the main group, especially if a business manages multiple locations. The main group consolidates all relevant locations for easy management.

Managing Credit Admin Users

If you need to change or add credit admin users, please contact us directly. This ensures that only authorized personnel have access to credit management.

Notifications and Credit Management

Users receive automatic emails when new credits are added or when their credit balance is running low.

Currently, users cannot add credits on their own. If you need additional credits, please contact us at [email protected]. Typically, our team will proactively reach out when your credits are running low to ensure continuous service.
