Alert Feature
No change goes unnoticed. Set up custom alerts to get automatic email notifications whenever a value that is relevant to you goes above or below your chosen limit – staying on top of your goals has never been easier.
Configure Alerts
You can set your alerts under Settings >in the left-hand menu, within the Alerts section. You can set an alarm for the re:Score, the average rating, the response rate and for the rating per category (e.g., food or service).
You can choose the time period to monitor (e.g., the last 30 days), select the metric, and set your own threshold. Once you are done, you can save the alert and activate it.
To remove an alert, simply delete the threshold and save again.
If you have access to multiple locations or groups, you can apply the configured alert to them.
After saving your alert, you can easily select the locations on the right side that should receive the same alerts, and save by clicking ‘Apply to selected groups’.
Important: Only locations of the same category are shown – for example, all restaurants you have access to.
If you also have access to locations in a different category, such as a hotel, you will need to set alerts for that category separately.
All alerts are user-specific, and each user can set their own alerts.
Triggered Alerts
As soon as an alert is triggered, you will be notified by email. You will not receive any further emails until the alert is reset.
Alerts are automatically reset after 30 days, or you can reset them manually in re:spondelligent app.
Once you log in, an alert icon will appear in the top right corner. By clicking on it, you will see the triggered alerts.
You can then reset the alert (and thus reactivate it), or after resetting, configure new alerts in the settings.
